This was our first time working at The Colony, and I love how they’ve maintained a classic coastal New England vibe without the dreaded kitsch that sometimes permeates seaside locations. Kelsey had a fairly clear vision for the florals – lots of eucalyptus with hints of blush and gyp – and while it’s not necessarily our typical style, it was such a treat to be able to give the bride what she wanted. Carolyn Snell grows the most amazing eucalyptus and it made for some of my favorite ceremony arrangements of the season.
