We currently offer a handful of options for event florals:
FAWN MEADOW CUSTOM DESIGN Choose from a menu that includes all the florals you’ll need for a beautiful, flower-filled event of any size.
We understand that planning a special event can be very stressful (and time consuming), so we’ve streamlined our offerings to provide full transparency with regard to pricing.
Our floral package is perfect for the anyone who appreciates the beauty of seasonal flowers and trusts us to use whatever blooms are most beautiful at that point in time. That doesn’t mean we wont order in gorgeous garden roses or other treasures if necessary (because we will), but we custom grow most of the material used for our events so our designs are always inspired by the abundance of our flower fields in that given season while working within your desired color palette & aesthetic. If you’re looking for very specific flower varieties or heavy use of out-of-season blooms we may not be for you. And that’s ok.
Glass vessels are standard and yours to keep, or you can choose from our selection of compotes for an additional rental fee.
Pickup on-farm in Scarborough is encouraged but delivery, setup, and/or breakdown is available for an additional fee dependent on location & size of the event.
For events outside our main growing season, we source as sustainably as possible.

DIY BUCKETS (July-September): Perfect for those that want the best of what’s blooming & are looking to flex their own design skills. Each bucket contains a cohesive mix of flowers, foliage, and twinkly bits to be distributed amongst various vases and will be composed of materials within your desired color palette & aesthetic. As a guide, one bucket is enough for roughly 6 small table arrangements depending on the look you’re going for. Actual materials are grower’s choice & will vary as the season progresses – we cannot promise any specific flower varieties. $95
Keep in mind this does not include design assistance beyond determining the number of buckets you may need. If you’d like a little help prior to the big day we offer one-on-one or small group workshops for an additional cost.
A LITTLE BIT OF BOTH: Maybe you want to do the table arrangements but would like some help with bouquets. Maybe you want to do the bouquets but won’t have time for that big statement piece. Just pick & choose what suits your needs and we’ll take care of the rest.
