August in Maine is dreamy and every detail of Nik & Hayley’s chic nuptials was a testament to that. They wanted a lush, organic feel – lots of greens & texture – prioritizing whatever was in season & locally available; our favorite kind of wedding.
Long stemmed callas made for an elegant & modern bridal bouquet that beautifully contrasted with the wild, whimsical, bridesmaid/groomsmaid bouquets of wild raspberry, monarda, euonymus, basil, cosmos, and queen annes lace.
A freestanding floral arch of limelight hydrangea, larkspur, clematis, greens, and grasses framed the ceremony space (and eventually the tent entry) while vining greens & garden-style centerpieces in some of our favorite terracotta vessels set the stage for the reception.
